Once we receive your estimated request, we will attempt to reach you by phone and/or by email if necessary to answer any questions or clarify your needs. We will look at your address online or visit in-person to get a view of your home or business.

Once we determine the work that is required at your home or business, we will then prepare your estimate and provide that to you upfront. We will do no work until you view and agree to the work being done and the cost for doing so.

We will notify you of the time window in which we will complete the work. You typically do not need to be present. We will use the highest safety standards while we do any work, to keep us and you safe at all times at your home or business, regardless of the size of the job.
